In the beginning MBA is a tag that allows you the entry in corporate world and gives you eligibility upvote for decent jobs ( I have seen big companies offering meagre 10k to 15k to fresh MBA candidates, only exception given to selected top B schools like IIM etc. , others are all same for them and candidates accept jobs to either get a brand name of the company or they have limited options)
After few years, you will find yourself at the same platform with colleagues who are not MBA but have equal work experience like you. You might also realise that the specialisation you chose in MBA doesn't interest you as far as that department is concerned at job. For example -MBA finance might have taken that field to become a manager in financial planning in a company but he got an opportunity in areas like Mutual funds, shares, accountancy etc. That time you might realise your MBA is total waste because Finance no more interest you, your work ex in that field will fetch you similar jobs and you would feel that you might have taken marketing. The same situation could be vice versa too
Dual specialisation helps sometime in above scenario but only when you are able to find out your situation in early 23 years of your job. Things get brighten only when you chose a particular field, know what are career options in that field, get a job in that specialisation and that domain, continue working and growing in that profile.

The main difference between the two degrees is that Masters in agribusiness degrees take a more prolonged and in-depth look at agribusiness topics than MBAs focused on the same area. MBAs, however, expose students to a wider range of business disciplines. If you are trying to determine which degree type may be better, we can say that there's not one right answer. MBAs are some of the most versatile degrees and will continue to serve you if you move into higher management roles that don't primarily deal with agribusiness. Agribusiness Masters provide a much wider range of agribusiness courses than MBAs with concentrations do. If your looking for a deep dive curriculum where you can focus on one area of agribusiness, yo are most likely to find those courses in a Masters programme. If your looking for a solid graduate-level introduction to agribusiness as well as a degree that can help you in a variety of roles, an MBA may be a better choice.

The difference is very fundamental. An MBA gives one a thorough grounding in all aspects of the business profession. An individual may concentrate in a particular area, but will still be required to take a certain number of core courses in finance, economics, accounting, marketing, MS and management. Electives will be used for your concentration. In the MS in HRM degree you will spend all your time on the principles of HR, from org design, to training, to everything else the HR profession covers. Are you a business major? If not, you will be required to take leveling courses to get you up to speed. If your undergraduate degree is in management or HR, the MBA would do you a world of good. Also, more and more of the trade journals are showing that HR professionals need to get an MBA to have any clout in the firm (that way they know about the financial and business aspects of the firm). If you are getting a degree in something else it may be best for you to pursue the HRM degree and after working for a while go back for the M.A. My M.A. is in HRD, but after being in an MBA programme for a while I can definitely say that my eyes have been opened.

The UK Home Office has formally opened its new post-study work visa (Graduate route visa) for international students. This will officially allow Indian and other international students to stay in the UK for work after completing their study courses. In order to apply under the new Graduate route, international students must have completed their course (undergraduate or higher level) from a recognised UK higher education institute. Graduates who will apply through the new route will be eligible to work or look for work for a maximum period of two years after completing their degree. Doctoral Ph.D. students will be eligible for three years stay back. The UK has always been an attractive study destination for Indian students, but staying in the UK after you finish your course can be difficult. In view of the recent developments, students who are to enroll for courses starting 2020/21 can stay back for two years after course completion. Previously, Bachelor or master's degree holders can stay for only four months in the UK to look for a job. With the new rules, international students can stay for two years. This is an extension of visa rule changes that allowed PhDs to stay in the UK after graduation. The UK administration wants to grow and make its STEM-related fields.
