Eligible candidates, according to established eligibility criteria, are able to proceed to the following round of selection. According to the DSMNRU Lucknow MBA admission criteria, admission is provided on the basis of the last qualifying exam and CUET scores. However, direct admission to the MBA courses is not provided by the university. The candidates should have passed Class 12 or an equivalent from a recognised board and should satisfy the eligibility criteria of the university. Once admitted, the eligible candidates will be provided with a seat by the university.

There is no upper or lower age limit prescribed for TANCET counselling. Age is not considered a factor during the admission process. Similarly, while work experience may be valued by individual institutions during admission or placement, it does not influence eligibility for TANCET counselling itself.
