Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology is considered good for B.Tech. But if you are planning to get an admission for MBA you need to appear for the CAT, MAT or CUET PG. Prefer to give all entrance exams.

Although the fee for the MBA at Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology is less than that of top private colleges, pursuing the course is still expensive. The factors that affect the cut-off include the difficulty level of the accepted entrance exams, total number of applicants, total number of qualified candidates, availability of seats, etc. The cut-off also varies across the reservation categories of the applicants.

The counselling process for MBA admission at DYPIMCAM Akurdi is conducted by the Maharashtra state CET cell. It is called the MAH MBA CET Centralised Admission Process (CAP). Only the candidates with a valid MAH MBA CET/CAT/XAT/MAT/CMAT/GMAT/ATMA score can participate in the CAP. The CAP is usually conducted in July/August. It is conducted in various rounds which may continue till September/October.

Besides applying through the institute's official website, candidates are required to apply for at least one of the accepted entrance exams through their respective official websites. These exams include MAH MBA CET, CAT, XAT, MAT, CMAT, GMAT, and ATMA. The application timelines for these exams differ from one another. After appearing for the exam, they must register for the MAH MBA CET counselling/CAP.
