Will it be a negative point if I pursue MBA in the year 2018 instead of 2017 having no experience? I've passed B.Tech in 2016.

My advice would be to get involve in something productive that adds value to your profile if you aren't engrossed in any kind of job and are planning to pursue MBA in 2018. You must have a strong reason why you wanted that year layoff. Otherwise it shouldn't be a big issue as such.

It would be more beneficial if you pursue MBA in operations management after completing M.Tech. There is a huge demand of MBA in operation management graduates. After this, you will get good salary package, but you need to pursue MBA in operations management from a good college.

Hello,
If we talk about interest then you should choose the one, in which work you feel good.
Yest, you can enjoy most of the benefits & perks in SSC jobs, so if you want to go for the best one then SSC will be the right choice.
With this, you have one benefit that you can prepare for SSC & bank exams

PGDM is much better than MBA. Bangalore is good but Hyderabad campus is much better for placements assistance.
