If you are opting for MBA because you failed in your CS exams then you shouldn't. You should try for it again if you are genuinely interested in it. But if you really want to go for MBA, then you must go for it.

Dear Harsh,
Indira Gandhi National Open University is one of the internationally recognized universities for the same. Other than this, Pondicherry University, Sikkim Manipal University and NMIMS are the best in India. All the best.

Dear Saleem,
It is not necessary but some good one like NMIMS give admission based on certain parameters like experience, industry etc. You just need to apply with all your credentials. All the best.

All the good B-schools have cut-off marks, and student scoring above the cut-off marks can only get admission in them. You need to take the exam again, and score good marks.
All the best.

The break won't matter. However you should be ready with a convincing justification behind this break.

If you are comparing MBA jobs with PO in public sector banks, then both are equally well paying and lead to senior management roles in long run. MBA jobs are definitely superior to clerical roles in banks.
