Hi,
IIMs are top most & reputed Institutes for management studies.
You have to score 90 percentile or above in CAT exam to get a call from IIM.
After that based on your performance in Personal interview ,Group discussion, & also Written Ability Test you will get admitted for the course.
They offer PGPM

Hi,
MBA is equivalent to PGDM but when someone is selecting PGDM course, it must be a from a top reputed B-school.
Most of the departments are good, you have to select it on the basis of your interest.
Finance & marketing are good and trending specializations.

Hi,
Yes, you can if you have minimum 50% in degree along with good score in CAT or MAT or other entrance exam. As you are working, most of the good b-schools give weightage to the working personals.

Yes, many average institute take students without any entrance exam. Most of them are from Bangalore. You should prepare yourself for CAT or and score to get admission in a good institute.
