To get admission in IIM or any other top ranked B School will depend on your score in your score of concerned entrance examination like CAT or MAT instead of your graduation marks so just concentrate on to crack entrance exam with a good score. All the best.

BBA and BBM are similar degree wih minor changes in syllabus in different universities. Both degrees are equally good for doing MBA.

There are no special jobs for MBA in Government sector. You can apply for all post where eligibility criteria is graduation with your MBA degree also.

CET Open Other than Mumbai Universty has 90% percentile cutoff and CET open MU cutoff is 97 Percentile. Chances are low at your case, though You should wait for final rounds.
