yes CAP Allotment is for MMS/MBA only not for PGDBM since CAP is basically for degree course and PGDBM isn't the one.
Secondly welingkar is a good option but if you got good marks then go for better one such as dalmia or so.

Symbiosis University is a better option.

If you want to make career in International Business or want to be in Pre-sales support role in IT industry, then MIB will be a good option. However, if you want to have wider choices after PG then MBA will be better choices.

Criteria for CAT u need to have a minimum of 50% in graduation (45% in case of sc &st)
