The Department of Management Sciences at Savitribai Phule Pune University (PUMBA) ihas had a great recoed of placements. In 2023, a total of 104 companies participated in 2023 placements, offering 167 job offers. Out of 173 students who opted for placements 161 were placed successfully. The average package was 8.85 LPA and the highest package was 18.95 LPA. The top recruiters included TATA Autocomp, Federal Bank, CRISIL, and many other renowned companies

According to reports, the MBA Placements are not up to mark as expected but placements are average in this college which is common in every college. We should not expect more from the college rather we should improve our skills and develop them so that we can get a good job off campus and we should be first in the rat race in the world of recsion. So we have to have to focus on our skills rather than wasting our precious time in the college.
