The institute was set up in 1961 and ever since it has been imparting world-class business and management education. IIM A offers various Post Graduate Programs in Management at academic and executive level: Postgraduate Programme in Management (PGP), Post Graduate Programme in Food and Agri-Business Management (PGP-FABM), Post Graduate Programme in Management for Executives (PGPX), Fellow Programme in Management (FPM), Faculty Development Programme (FDP), Armed Forces Programme (AFP) and ePost Graduate Programme (EPGP). IIM, Ahmedabad Admission: PGP, PGP-FABM, PGPX, ePGP For admission in PGP and PGP-FABM courses candidate must have a valid CAT score. Overseas student seeking admission in IIM A needs to qualify GMAT exam. Students applying for executive program needs to have a valid GMAT/GRE score. The final selection to the full-time course is based on the Analytical Writing Test (AWT) and Personal Interview (PI). Final year students are also eligible to apply. Admission will be granted to them provisionally.
