Placement in HR at you specified college is average in terms of salary and also not a single big firm participates in the recruitment process for HR roles. And, salary is also not good, hardly any student goes beyond 8L/A. But yes, like other experts, said you do get chance to sit in front of recruiters.

Actually, they have the least requirement of 60 percent in boards. The work experience will surely add some points, but you will face a major setback with that percentage because people with the same or better work experience than you but with good board marks will also apply.

IMS-Ghaziabad has much better campus infrastructure and has more facilities as compared to IMS Noida. Then, I suggest you to go with PGDM from IMS-Ghaziabad.
