Placement in HR at you specified college is average in terms of salary and also not a single big firm participates in the recruitment process for HR roles. Actually, they have the least requirement of 60 percent in boards. The work experience will surely add some points, but you will face a major setback with that percentage because people with the same or better work experience than you but with good board marks will also apply.
