Coding is the heart of the CSE. You can't develop any thing without it in CSE. For less coding,
Cyber Security
Computer Graphics
Web Technology (Development)
are required less coding or easy coding technique.

Yes, MBA can help you sharpen your skills in business management and thus assist you in the professional career. However, keeping you interest areas in mind, you need to decide what you need to do from a career perspective. The chances of doing well in a career of one's interest areas are much higher.

A full time course will be better. If you are not able to pursue it, then I would suggest UPES for distance MBA. They have good courses and are related to your field.

The placements for MBA will depend on the college in which one is studying his Masters education, if you are studying in a good college obviously your placements will be good with a excellent package. Or else, you may be doing the job with a less salary after your education.

Your PG set rank which you secured is okay. But with this rank one can't get the top colleges for doing an MBA. Just look at the colleges list while applying for the online college options and choose the one better to you.
