Please note that most of the recruiting companies make it at most 6 or 6.5 or 7, as the cut off GPA as the primary eligibility criterion in the qualifying UG degree. Beneficially, some companies mark 5 or no GPA cut off, as the eligibility criterion. Moreover, this is applicable to the MBA GPA too. Besides, other criteria such as no ATKTs, no backlogs, etc., should also be met.

All 360 students in MBA Business Management batch 2015-17 of XIMB have achieved 100% placement. Beating the slowdown in placement offers, the placement season 2017 at XIMB saw a rise in average salary to Rs.13.18 lakhs from Rs.12.44 lakhs per annum in 2016.
The highest domestic salary stood at Rs. 21 Lakhs per annum. The median annual compensation stood at Rs. 13.02 Lakhs per annum. The average compensation for the top 50% of the batch stood at Rs. 15.47 Lakhs per annum. The median compensation for the top 50% of the batch stood at Rs. 14.84 Lakhs per annum.
