There are few papers which are different (from Core) in later semesters relevant to Intl Business Policies, laws & Regulations & WTO, Cultural & Socio-economic issues; logistics, Export-Import procedures, Data Security in Intl Business, Global Supply Chain management, Intl HRM etc. There is no difference in the placement process.

Dear Vidya, look for a university that has accreditation like ACBSP that is very much good and required for MBA courses. Also, if the place has NIRF ranking it is going to be a good place to be at.
Reputed universities like LPU, SRM, VIT, etc have both of these thereby making their MBA creditable.
Also, some of these universities offer good scholarships to students thus quality education becoming affordable. Even placements are worth mentioning.
