Germany is known for good education at low cost or free education. Medical programs in Germany are offered only in German language. Your entire course will be in German. To apply for MBBS in Germany, many students enroll for a pathway program of 1 year in which you will be taught German language and medical terminologies in German. Once you successfully complete your pathway program, you will be eligible to apply for the medical program in Germany. German medical universities are public universities hence cost of education is negligible. But, you will get admission only if you perform well in their qualifying exam. So, over all it's a long process. You will end up spending more time and it is competitive.
Also after studying in Germany if you plan to come back to India, you might find MCI screening test difficult as it is in English and you will be used to German terminologies.
I suggest rather look at MBBS in Russia or Ukraine as many universities offer English medium at a low cost.
