Amongst the options, USA and Canada are English speaking countries and excellent for studying Medicine. Besides the country, more important is the college or University you study at. Germany is also home to prominent medical universities. But the education is in German language completely. Russia has been a choice of many Asian and African students to study medicine since many universities in Russia have started providing support in English medium and Russian is taught gradually. To study in Germany one must complete 13 years of education that is one more additional year of formal schooling or college after 12th.You may enroll into a Bachelor's degree program and complete the first year or check for Studienkolleg courses in Germany.
You must also have strong German language skills since the undergraduate courses are mostly taught in German language. Medical studies are highly competitive and all requirements must be met. Check the DAAD India website for more clarity.

It'll definitely be good, but you have to learn German language there and enrol in a school for 1 year.
