There are many universities in Russia which have started English Medium of education. But you need to ensure that the university is listed with MCI and moreover it has more experienced faculty who can teach in English.
The selection of university will also depend on your affordable budget.
Some of the best universities offering English Medium are Russian National Research Medical University, Moscow, First Moscow state medical university, Belgorod State University, Dagestan State Medical University. MBBS in Russia is good if your pursue it from a reputed universities. Many low cost universities lack the quality of education provided.
Russia is home to some top government medical universities which are recognised even in Europe.
Also ensure that you choose MCI listed universities only and complete the registration process at MCI before leaving the country.

Russia is good for studying MBBS. Europe comprises of various countries. So which country in Europe are you asking about?
If you mean Ukraine or Georgia which are more promoted in India, then Russia is better.
Besides this what matters is which university you choose to study. It makes a big difference.

AIPMT and CET scores are not required to study MBBS in Russia. You need to complete your 10+2 with at least 50% and you must take the IELTS. For more details, read this article:

China is the best option. China, Russia, Ukraine, Philippine, USA, European countries offer the lowest fee structure for MBBS. All have MCI recognized Universities. The duration is 5 plus and 1 year internship. You would have to clear MCI examination to practice in India.

Hi Shivani,
If you want to practice in India, then you need to pass the MCI screening test. In fact, in any country, you need to pass the related exams without which you cannot practice. Having a degree from a very reputed university with excellent academic grades will give you a good chance, however, it all depends on your score in the screening test.

Both are different streams. First, you must decide what you want to do. If you want go abroad for job, you can do BAMS in India or in USA. BAMS is having high scope in India also but if after 5 or 8 years you want a job in India, you should go for MBBS.
