As per the Medical Council of India, any Indian student who has completed his/her MBBS from a foreign country has to appear and clear MCI screening test in order to practice in India. This examination is conducted twice in a year and there is no cap for appearing in this examination.

Yes, there is no problem. You can do that but Ukraine is the best option for MBBS.

You should not pursue MBBS from Russia because I also decided the same but as soon as I come to know that there students easily pass MBBS but then it gets really difficult here in India to clear MCI exams. I have consulted with those who have done MBBS from Russia. Those students are now taking MCI coaching classes in Delhi since last 2 to 3 years. Only 15-20% who go for this clears this and rest are not able to. You should better take a year drop and try again next year in India only.

You can, but then after completion, you have to clear an exam conducted by Medical council of India to start practice in India.

Irrespective of whatever you have done, screening test is mandatory as per the Medical Council of India regulation for a foreign degree.
