Yes, Japan is good for pursuing an MBBS degree. It's world-class universities and research scope help students gain deep knowledge of the medical field. The universities like the University of Tokyo, Kyoto University, and Osaka University offer excellent research and clinical training opportunities. While MBBS in India can be really expensive, meritorious students can avail of scholarships to study MBBS in Japan and ease of their financial stress.

JIPMER MBBS admission is entrance-based, followed by the MCC counselling. The applicant must have passed Class 12 in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Biotechnology with a minimum of 50% aggregate (45% for SC/ST/OBC/OPH students). The eligible candidates must also appear for the NEET-UG exam held by NTA. In addition, the applicants must submit an application for the JIPMER MBBS course on the official website of the Medical Counseling Committee (MCC) after the announcement of NEET results. Seat allotment is done subsequently during the counselling.
