With a NEET score of 174, your chances of securing an MBBS seat in a government college are quite low. However, you can explore private medical colleges.

- Fees range from ?10 Lacs to ?25 Lacs per annum, so your budget of ?15 Lacs might be sufficient for some colleges.

- Consider colleges that offer MBBS programs with fees within your budget and have accepted students with similar NEET scores in the past.

With a NEET All India Rank (AIR) of 112,551, your chances of getting admission to a government medical college for MBBS might be challenging. However, you can explore private medical colleges.

Government Medical Colleges:

Cutoff scores for government medical colleges vary by category and state quota. For the general category, the cutoff scores typically range from 720-162.

Private Medical Colleges:

Private medical colleges may have different criteria, but a score of 470 might be competitive for some institutions.

"As per UPSC rules, candidates who are in the final year of their qualifying degree, such as MBBS, are eligible to apply for the IAS exam, provided they can furnish proof of degree completion before the declaration of the final results."

Government Medical College, Thiruvananthapuram (Trivandrum) does not have a management quota. The admissions are purely based on the NEET-UG scores and are conducted through the All India Quota (AIQ) and the Kerala State Quota, both through the respective counseling processes.
