Christian Medical College (CMC) Vellore is a prestigious medical institution in India that offers various medical courses, including MBBS. The cutoff for MBBS admission in CMC Vellore varies every year and depends on several factors such as the number of applicants, the difficulty level of the entrance exam, and the availability of seats.
As an AI language model, I do not have access to the most recent cutoff scores for CMC Vellore. However, based on previous year's cutoff scores, the minimum score required to secure a seat in the MBBS program at CMC Vellore ranges from 180 to 200 out of 300 marks, depending on various factors.

Any score of 550 + would be a safe score for government seat. Score of 500 marks in NEET can be considered a decent score. You can use Shiksha college predictor for this but your chances are moderate.

Lady Hardinge Medical College is better. It is counted among the best medical colleges in the region. The teaching faculty members are excellent. College seniors are supportive, they will help you provide guidance. The coursework includes weekly examinations, so students need to study regularly. This makes sure that the coursework is completed on time. Hardinge has many societies that you can be a part of and find similar-minded people. The sports facilities and extracurricular activities offered are good as well.

Cut off marks for medical colleges vary each year based on several factors, including the number of candidates who have applied, the difficulty level of the entrance exam, and the availability of seats. You may want to check the official website of BMCRI or the official website of the examination conducting authority for the latest updates on the MBBS admissions and the cut off marks for the academic year 2022-23.
