With a NEET score of 416, you have chances of getting a decent college for MBBS. 416 is a very much average score and with this, getting a top government college is very much difficult. The admission cut-off for a top government medical college is generally  680 out of 720 for general candidates. Private Institute usually have a lower cutoff than government once. So yes, you can get a MBBS college with that score but a private one and that too a decent college.
