Yes, with a score of 565, you may get admission into the MBBS course at some very good colleges, including government colleges. It has been observed that for the OBC category, there are some chances to get into a government medical college for MBBS even if the usual cutoff is around 600 marks. According to your All India Rank, you have very little chance of getting admission into government colleges for the MBBS courses. But you can try for admission to Tomo Riba Institute Health and Medical Sciences College (TRIHMSC), Arunachal Pradesh. Maybe you will get admitted. According to your marks, you can get admission into the Koppal Institute of Medical Sciences, the only government college in Karnataka for the MBBS course. For a dental course, you can get admission into the Government Dental College and Research Institute, Bangalore. A list of private colleges in Karnataka which provide MBBS courses
