Yes, you can get into a medical college for MBBS and BDS. You have more chances to get a government college for BDS. And for MBBS you can get admission into a few private medical colleges like SRM Medical College in Chennai. Since you have not mentioned your category, rank, or domicile, it is difficult to accurately tell which college you may get admission to. For instance, with Rajasthan domicile and category-based quotas, you may get admission into a few government medical colleges like GMC, Bharatpur. No, Meghalaya State NEET Counseling does not give reservation to other state students. According to the latest notification issued by the Meghalaya government regarding NEET counseling under the state quota, only indigenous residents and candidates with permanent resident certificates of the state were eligible to apply under the 85% state quota. You may get EWS reservation under the All India Quota for admission in the Medical Colleges of Meghalaya, but you are not eligible for EWS or female reservation if you are an outside-state candidate. To be eligible for reservation in Meghalaya State Counseling for MBBS or BDS you need to have

I think in government it's impossible, try for the private college, but there will be very less chance and the fees will be very high. You can get colleges under AYUSH course but in private. All the Best.

With 408 marks in NEET you have very few chances to get MBBS in a medical college in Karnataka, even with the state quota. This is because, due to high competition to get admission into MBBS in the OBC category, the cut-off is usually above 500 marks in NEET UG. You may have a few chances to get admission in the special round or stray vacancy round at Vydehi Institute of Medical Sciences and Research Centre, Bengaluru. However, you may get into good dental colleges for a Bachelor of Dental Surgery BDS with your score.

It is difficult to accurately answer in the absence of information like category and state rank. However, it has been observed from the previous year's cutoff data of government medical colleges for MBBS that the cutoff usually goes higher than 600 marks in open categories and 500 marks in other categories. Under state quota, some government medical colleges do provide admission in a few categories. Therefore, you have a few chances to get into a government medical college for MBBS depending upon criteria like your category, state rank, and seats available. You may get admission to:
