With a score of 239 in NEET, it is highly unlikely to secure a seat in government medical colleges, especially for the ST category. The cutoff marks for government colleges are generally much higher, and the competition is intense. Even for private colleges, the cutoff marks are higher, and admission is based on merit. The ST category has a lower cutoff mark compared to the general category, but still, a score of 239 is below the cutoff. It is advisable to consider other options, such as private colleges or courses where the competition is less intense.

With 266 marks in NEET, it is difficult to get admission to an MBBS course in government colleges. For ST category students, the minimum marks required to get admission in government medical colleges are around 424 marks. Therefore, you may not be able to get admission in government colleges with your score. However, you might have a chance to get admission in private colleges, but the competition is high and the cutoff marks are generally higher.
