Hi Biswajeet,
Your scores are quite low to get a seat in MBBS, even in management quota, hence it is difficult for you to get a seat this year in MBBS.

Yes, you may get admission in MBBS. However, you have to wait for the last cutoffs. Because for SC category, students can achieve marks around 300 but you have some chances to get the admission.

If you believe in yourself that you can score good in NEET/AIIMS exam in the next attempt, then you can take a year drop. Also, ask yourself whether you want to become this or not. Ask yourself whether dance is your hobby or passion. If passion, you should practice hard and give your best in it. Don't live a life in which you can't be happy. Think what you want and then take a decision.
