Its very difficult to get admission into MBBS courses at this rank. However, you can try for BDS in private dental colleges.

Your score is very very low. So you have very less chance for admission into MBBS courses. However, you can try for private BDS.

Other than MBBS you can go for BDS, BAMS, BHMS, BVSC, B.Sc in biological science/ agriculture fishery/ medical science nursing/ pharmacy, biotechnology, etc.

You have scored very less. So, it'll be very difficult for you to get admission into any government or private medical colleges. You can try for private BDS.

For admission into government medical colleges anywhere in India you have to appear NEET. And a score of 550 plus is sufficient to give you admission into these colleges.

For admission into government medical colleges anywhere in India you have to appear the common entrance examination called NEET. There's no other gateway for admission.

BVSc stands for Bachelor of Science in Veterinary. And, its a medical course. You'll be dealing with treatment of various animals.
