AIIMS JIPMER AFMC MAMC are the top medical colleges in India for MBBS. AIIMS JIPMER conduct their own entrance while AFMC and MAMC accept NEET score.

For admission into any government or private medical colleges you need to appear the common entrance examination called NEET. Admission will be based on your NEET score

Generally no facilities are given to any unreserved candidate in semi government college. They have to pay the regular college and prescribed fees as decided by the college

Kindly mention the name of the medical colleges in which you are interested. because fees structure varies greatly.
Admission to private colleges are on the basis of NEET score.

The upper age limit for AIIMS and JIPMER examination is 25 years (30-years in case of Scheduled Castes/ Schedule Tribes/Other Backward Classes).
