MBBS in China and Medical Degree of Russia, Ukraine, Europe, US, Philippines etc. are valid. These are less expensive compared to medical education in India.
This factor attracts Indian students to prefer China / Russia / Philippine etc. for medical education.
In some of theses countries, medical degree is issued as "MD in Gen. Practice / Physician". Please understand that this is only basic medical degree and not a Masters Degree. In India, MD is a Masters level program.
Before joining these courses, one should get eligibility certificate from Indian Medical Council. Medical Graduates in China, Russia, Philippine and many other nations

Salary after completing MBBS, depends upon your skill and the hospital in which you are posted. It may vary from 3 lacs to 20-30 lacs.

Radiology is the first preference of doctors for specialisation. So salary is also more in this. Approximately it may reach 10 lacs.

it is better you go to NewZealand for Level DIPLOMA PROGRAM. After completing this one year study you will be given one year work search visa. You will surely get a job as NZ is the fastest growing economy in the world and also there no corruption. once you get a job you will be given two year work permit. Once you get work permit you are eligible to apply for PR and settle down.
