High School, Higher Secondary Certificate Birth Certificate as proof of date of birth.
Marksheet of MBBS/BDS 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Professional Examinations.
MBBS/BDS Degree Certificate.
Permanent/Provisional Registration Certificate issued by MCI or DCI/State Medical or Dental Council.

Hello Uday Pandit, I am afraid that to the best of my knowledge such a thing does not exist. However, there are societies that have both engineering and medical colleges in the same city but these are two distinct colleges. Best wishes to you.

Admission to MBBS at Rajshree Medical Research Institute is made based on the candidates' performance is NEET. The Cut off for the general category goes up to 345 marks from the general quota.

Private medical colleges will not give any fee concession depending on the marks that you earned in 12th. They will allow the seat depending on your entrance exam and they might give any fee concession depending on the rank that you perceived in that entrance exam. So what I would like to suggest is that it is not compulsory to get 90/100 in your 12 state exams, but it would be great if you maintain a decent score.
