Both are good but MBBS is a better option than BAMS.

Yes, with these marks, you can get admission in a private medical college for MBBS or BDS. For any other medical courses like BHMS, BAMS or BUMS, you have to go through the state level exams.

Yes, you can opt for PG abroad, but countries like USA, Canada, and Australia are very expensive.

I think you need to score minimum 60 percent marks in class 12th to opt for the medical field. As per your NEET score, you can apply for private colleges, because I have heard that the cut-off for MBBS is 145 for open and 118 for SC category candidates.
