MCA Eligibility

The eligibility criteria of MCA of IGNOU is given below. Eligibility: Any Bachelors degree of minimum 3 (three) year duration from a recognised University AND Mathematics as one of the subject at 10+2 level or graduation level; else the student is required to pursue and pass the BCS-012 course concurrently with IGNOU MCA. If you had studied Maths at +2 or graduation level, then you need not register for BCS-012. So from above because you have studied the Maths at graduation level so you are eligible for the asked course.

This question can never have a definite answer. This is because it depends from college to college and their placement situations and criteria. It depends also from batch to batch the students and their performance during the course and during the interview how they perform in aptitude and other rounds. Also most number of times your SSC HCS and graduation percentage will matter as most company want them to be above or equal to a particular number for example throughout 60% and last but not the least this depends also on the will power and the eagerness of students to do well during college tenure and get placed. Eligibility criteria : Passed BCA/ Bachelor Degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent Degree. Or passed B.Sc. / B.Com. / B.A. With Mathematics at l0+2 Level or at Graduation Level. Obtained at least 50% marks (45% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the qualifying Examination. So from above you are not eligible for MCA.
