Yes, you can get admission on 12th basis.
LLB. Eligibility:
Aspiring candidates should have scored a minimum pass percentage either at the 12th level or graduation level. The percentages are 45% marks for General category, 42% for OBC and 40% for SC/ST categories.

This would depend on your interest areas and career aspirations. In case you intend to pursue a career in Technical / research/academics/coding/ analytics/big data area then MCA is better. However, if you want to move into general management the MBA is better.

Considering your academic background, an MBA would be an ideal option. Though pursue it only from a reputed college such as the IIMs, JBIMS, SP Jain, FMS, etc.

Both MBA and MCA are completely different fields. MCA will give you indepth knowledge about your subject which you have already done. It will help you enhance and get more information about your subject. If you're interested in your subject and would like to pursue it further, MCA is ideal for you. While, MBA is completely different field which enhances your overall knowledge and all about managing things. If you're interested in changing your career path or if you're interested to have a managerial position, MBA is ideal for you.
