MDS placements at the Post-Graduate Institute of Dental Science in 2021 showed encouraging results. 29 MDS candidates were placed. SGT University MDS placements report has not been released as of now. However, as per the university past years' placement records, the median package offered to MDS graduates stood at INR 6 LPA. Moreover, out of 43 students, 42 were placed in the 2021 placements drive.

There are very few colleges according to me which can match the level of MCODS. Talking about MDS all the other departments are just amazing.
OMFS is alright, it is only due to not being able to get a free hand which is of course a disadvantage of every private college. The dept as such is very well-guided.
Ortho, Prostho, and Endo are flawless.
Perio, Pedo and OMR are good too.
According to me the Best dept of the college is Oral pathology.
At the end, Every penny you spend in manipal you get back in the form of knowledge and work

A 3-year postgraduate programme in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (OMFS) is available through the Post-Graduate Institute of Dental Science (PGIDS). The goal of MDS in OMFS is to produce specialists in the diagnosis, planning, and surgical management of conditions affecting the head, neck, and face.
The NEET MDS test is required for admission to the OMFS programme. It is administered in December each year. The INI CET exam is administered twice a year in the summer and winter to select AIIMS Institutes and JIPMER students.
