You cannot get the main campus at this rank and getting the CSE branch at this rank is not even possible in any of the campus. You apply for the management quota, then you can get the main campus.

Actually, Mechatronics is bit tough than Electronics, because Mechatronics is an interdisciplinary branch which comprises of mechanical, electronics and computer Science in order to improve the functionality of system. But, in modern engineering era, I will personally like to suggest you to go for mechatronics rather than Electronics branch, because engineering is all about exploring new fields and in this mechatronics field, in future there will be plenty of opportunities.

I will say, it completely depends on university requirements, you might get admission with 60% marks, but it is not guarantee that you will get admission in top universities, some individuals got admission even with 55% marks.
