The information on the official website of D. Y. Patil Medical College, Kolhapur states that the annual tuition fee for MBBS is INR 7,70,000. This cost covers both the development and tuition fees. It does not, however, include the INR 40,000 monthly hostel fees with Indian food. The 4.5-year MBBS program has total course fees of INR 8,10,000.

Both, ACS Medical College and Hospital and Balaji Medical College and Hospital are good for MBBS. ACS has its own reputation and Balaji Medical has its own importance in Chennai.
But if you compare then the ACS Medical College and Hospital is very good for the MBBS but it will be expensive.

You can get admitted to the MBBS program at ACS Medical College and Hospital in Chennai with 450-600 marks in the NEET exam. The college has an eligibility criteria of 450-600 marks in NEET for MBBS admission .
