You could be eligible for BDS, MNS, BAMS, BHMS, or BNYS courses at government colleges in West Bengal with 440 marks in NEET 2024. This eligibility is largely based on the specific college's cutoff scores and their respective admission policies. Generally, cutoffs vary in government colleges depending on factors like category and availability of seats. The most important point is to refer to the current cutoff trends of each course and college in order to know your probability of admission.

Therefore, while NEET preparation helps you with some subjects, you need to devote extra time for Mathematics and the different question formats of IAT.

It's a good idea to get specific cutoffs for colleges of interest; they change each year, depending upon the overall performance of the candidates and seats available.
