Preparation based on the syllabus of NEET will prove helpful as a foundation especially in Biology and to some extent, Physics and Chemistry. With a NEET 2024 score of 361, chances of getting admitted to any government medical college in the state of Uttar Pradesh or other states would be really tough. Cutoffs in government colleges are pretty high and go beyond 500 in many cases. But for you, perhaps, that would be an opportunity from private medical colleges or management quotas, whose cutoffs are generally lower. It's a good idea to get specific cutoffs for colleges of interest; they change each year, depending upon the overall performance of the candidates and seats available.
