With a NEET rank of 2,00,000 getting an MBBS seat in a government medical college is difficult particularly for general category students. However you may still have a chance at:

State Quota Seats: States with more medical colleges or less competition may offer seats at higher levels. Consider states such as Karnataka Tamil Nadu, and Uttar Pradesh.
Reserved Categories: If you fall into a reserved category (OBC, SC, ST) you may have a better chance.
Some semi-government or private colleges charge lower tuition and may accept higher grades.
It is critical to monitor state-specific cutoff trends and participate in counseling rounds.

Yes you are eligible for many Courses in many colleges.

The list of the Courses and the college will depend upon the state to which you belong and your category.

Admissions dependents on much higher ranks, often in a few thousand. Getting a seat in BUMS (Bachelor of Unani Medicine and Surgery) with 344 marks NEET2024 is possible under Uttar Pradesh, well it depends on the cutoff for that year or available colleges. The cutoff at BUMS colleges differs from each other, so you may find a good chance in private college, or less competition institutions.

Eligibility for stray vacancy round usually includes the following:-

1. Score+ Rank: Favour will be given to the applicant who have scored and ranked better

2. Category: Merit list will be prepared accordingly of each category having reserved seats.

3. Seats Vacant: As per the vacancies left after three counseling rounds

It will be tough to get a seat in BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) government college, as they generally have high cutoffs with 452 being the marks which resembles rank around 284741 ranks. Still, opportunities may arise in a few of the government or semi-government colleges including state where there is low competition and also within lower ranks. One should go through the cutoffs of past years for government Ayurveda colleges and also apply to counseling. You may also try for the private Ayurvedic colleges, these have different cutoff through ranks and might be approachable via this.

With 422 marks in NEET and being an OBC category candidate from Haryana, your chances of getting admission to LUVAS Hisar .

domicile rule for NEET in Haryana:

NEET Domicile Criteria For Haryana

Applicants must have lived in Haryana for at least 10 years. Candidates must complete their Class 12 from a recognised school established within Haryana.

let's consider the cutoff scores for LUVAS Hisar. While I couldn't find the exact cutoff for this year, generally, candidates with scores above 400 have a good chance of securing a seat.
