Yes, you can participate in NEET UG counselling round 3 if you didn't get a seat in round 2, as long as you meet the eligibility criteria:
You must have registered earlier and paid the required fee
You must not have a seat in any previous rounds of NEET-UG Counselling, including All India Quota, State Quota, or Deemed University
You must not have joined an institute allotted in any previous rounds
The Medical Counseling Committee (MCC) conducts the NEET UG counselling process for admission to 15% of All India Quota (AIQ) MBBS and BDS seats across India. You can apply for the counselling from the MCC official website

Yes, if you have scored 390 marks in NEET 2024 then you can pursue AYUSH in any reputed private college and some of the government colleges as well. As your score is quite low getting a very good government medical college for AYUSH will be quite harder for you.

Panjab University NEET PG cutoff 2024 was out for its Round 1. The cutoff was released category-wise for reserved and unreserved candidates. The Round 1 closing ranks for the General All India category was closed between 119 and 47483. Therefore, at 25000 rank in NEET PG exam, admission to the college is possible.
