To get admission for MBBS with 245 marks is very low, besides having your SC category no government will have place for students scoring this low in NEET exam. It is not confirm that you will get MBBS seat in Jharkhand with this marks in having general category. There are only 15 percentage of seats that are allotted for students outside of the state. And also you are from general category, this makes situation pretty complicated. Although the cutoffs for 2022 had not been declared. But previous year it was around 580 to 606 for general candidates.
