With your 70,165 NEET All India Rank, you can get into a government college under two conditions:
1. To begin with, you can only be admitted to 85 percent of the quota seats in your home state's state.
2. Secondly, you either have any category-based quota for government medical colleges or you will get government dental colleges for BDS. You may also get certain BHMS or B.A. MS government colleges under AYUSH counseling. For example, if you have state quota in Bihar, you may get admission to the Government Medical College of Bettiah under ST quota. Hello,
There are several other courses other than engineering and medical like, BBA (3 years Bachelor's degree course). Doing just BBA may also help you land a job
BCA is also a better option if you have interest in computer applications
LAW courses also have a big demand
Commercial pilot training in Aviation is also a better option but is quite expensive
B Pharmacy is also a good option which is 4 years degree course has lot to do with Biology and aspects related to medicines
Lastly there are 3 years degree B.Sc. Courses like hotel management, PCM, Agriculture, Nautical Science, IT etc. Hope this helps !

Of course, In India, every year around 1 Lacs MBBS seat is available and 15% are reserved for the SC category, and you have a high chance to get MBBS admission and if you have luck, you may get a seat in a government college which is based on your state category rank.

Definitely not, if you're getting 98 marks in NEET-UG. If you afford to pay fees in a private college you may try and get a seat through the management quota or study abroad countries. Otherwise, you study hard and try to score higher marks in next time in NEET_UG, which may help you to believe in yourself.

Yes, it is mandatory to qualify the NEET exam and apply for the AIC (or) state counselling for seeking admission in MBBS.
