NEET is not required for B.Sc Radiology. Having said that admissions tp this course vary from Institute to Institute. Few Institutions conduct admissions based on merit in the highest qualification that is 10 + 2 and few Institutions conduct admissions based on an Entrance Examination.

4 year Bachelor of Science (Research) program is offered at IISc. The candidate must have studied Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics in +2 or 12th Standard. In addition, the candidate needs to qualify in one of the national tests KVPY or IIT-JEE (Main) or (Advanced) or NEET-UG. There is no specific subject offered in the Bachelor of Science (Research) program. The student must study Physics, Chemistry, math, Biology, Earth and Environmental Science, and Materials. Only in the fourth year, a specialized subject will be given to the student based on the interest and performance of the student in the subject.

Yes, You can give the NEET exam while in your graduation. If you got selected and got a medical college then you just have to get a migration out of your B.Sc. Course and submit it to the medical college you get.
1st year B.Sc. Students have a awesome opportunity to score good marks in NEET as their knowledge about the exam is very new and their subject knowledge is also intact. They can easily clear the cutoff by proper preparation.
