Yes, from this year NEET Examination is necessary for MBBS, BAMS, and BHMS. And, only NEET qualified students can take admission in this course.

Yes, you can but it require immense dedication and commitment. Spend atleast 12-14 hours daily for your studies.

NEET has now become a universal exam all over India hence I think you can admission on the basis of an NEET score.
