Hello,
There are many courses for psychology. You can do BA/MA/PhD in psychology, similarly you can also do B.Sc/M.Sc/PhD in psychology. Doing from arts side I doubt that you can prescribe medicines.

NTA declares the NEET notification for 2020, candidates can check the exam dates and registration dates for NEET. Aspirants be ready as with passing the single day you are getting close to your examination. With the smart approach towards the examination, save the dates as and proceed accordingly as these acts play a vital role in your success.
Registration starts- 2nd Dec 2019
Registration Closes- 31st Dec 2019
Admit Card release 27th March 2020
Exam date- 3rd May 2020
Result release- 4th June 2020
Likewise, previous year examination there is no change in the exam mode, exam will be pan and paper based. Thanks.
