23 marks are very low. You are not even qualified for NEET. You need to give a second attempt in order to get any type of course.

All you have to do the hard work to secure the good marks in your next NEET attempt. You can also join offline coaching and can join the online test series for the same.

I think the score is a little low. Plus, physiotherapy is also not included in NEET. As per my knowledge, you need to give a separate entrance or apply for it separately in the college of your choice.
