I think the score is a little low. Plus, physiotherapy is also not included in NEET. As per my knowledge, you need to give a separate entrance or apply for it separately in the college of your choice.

Your mark are quite low. I doubt, if you have even qualified the NEET. In my opinion your chances are dim for getting your desired seat.
