Question standard for both the exams are almost the same whereas in JEE application part of concepts are focused and in NEET concept and formulae are focused.

To appear for NEET exam, one needs to pass 12th with PCB or even if appearing 12th, can also give the paper. The minimum eligibility is 12th pass with biology as a compulsory subject.
