No, it is not possible as you have to clear the exam. If the candidate has not appeared for NEET 2019 or has not qualified, he/she will not be eligible for admission in BAMS course.

Hi NEET aspirants,
Looking for the perfect time then do not think much. Start now itself. To the candidates who just could not qualify NEET 2019, I would say just overcome with the emotion and show the devotion. NEET 2020 Exam is waiting for your efforts. Just put your best efforts and make it the best you can. It is just the beginning, decide your strategy and follow it. And one thing as you are going to start it right away, strategy and timetable work when followed.
