Manipal Institute of Regenerative Medicine students can apply for Merit Scholarships offered by MAHE. Students pursuing a course from the institute can get the scholarship provided they fulfill the specified criteria. Candidates who have completed their UG degree with at least 70% aggregate from a recognised university can apply for the scholarship for MSc course at MIRM. Selected students get a 20% waiver in the programme fee.

The selection criteria for the MBBS course at K.S. Hedge Medical Academy is completely based on the scores acheived by the candidates in the NEET UG exam. Firstly, candidates are required to complete the basic eligibility criteria first, that states applicants must complete their Class 12 from the PCB/Biotechnology stream with a minimum aggregate of 50%. Then on the basis of scores achieved in NEET UG, the college releases the cutoffs.

However, the basic eligibility criteria that are similar for all the MSc specialsiations offered at K.S. Hedge Medical Academy is that candidates must complete their BSc degree in the relevant stream/similar to MSc specialisation with a minimum aggregate of 50%. Educational Qualification:
Passed the 10+2 or equivalent examination with compulsory subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English.
