310 marks for OBC category is a very good score to get admission in a college for BAMS, but exact cut-off score can't be predicted as BAMS admission is happening for the first time through NEET.

For NEET, you need to be very thorough with the NCERTs of Class 11th and 12th. Apart from that, you need to solve as many as MCQs as you can. This will surely boost your confidence.

The best option to pursue medical or paramedical without going through NEET is B.Sc in biological science and medical sciences. You can get admission in the same on the basis of your class 12th score.

With that NEET score, it is absolutely impossible to get MBBS/BDS in any college of India. You should start preparing for NEET 2018 or take up B.Sc. For NEET, do have a target to score 500 and above to ensure government college.

That is absolutely impossible. Even private medical colleges take scores above 300 at least. Also, the fees of private colleges are pretty high like Rs. 11 lakhs per annum. You should start preparing for next year and target 500+ score.
