I think you know that to practice in India you have to qualify MCI screening test. And, passing this exam is tougher than NEET, so prepare for NEET.
USA, New Zealand, Canada, UK are best option for pursuing medical degree (MD), because there is no need to qualify MCI screening test. You can practice (clinical) in India.

It depends on how passionate are you to become a doctor. Let's be practical, in NEET, 1.5% students get selected in government medical college and rest 98.5% students fail to qualify the exam. You can go with other courses either in the medical field or non-medical field. There are huge opportunities around you.

In Aakash, NCERT is copy pasted, whereas, in Alle, Advanced+basic (NCERT) is taught. If you want to prepare for AIIMS then go with Allen.

For Biomedical Engineering, you can either be a student who has done PCB in class 12th or PCM in class 12th. As for admission, it varies from university to university. Some of them offer admission entirely on the basis of JEE exam, some offer admission on the basis of their own tests, some offer admission on the basis of the above mentioned both criteria and some offer admission just on the basis of marks in class 12th.
You can check the websites of some good universities like IITH, LPU, SRM, MU, etc. for more details of the course and eligibility.
